Summary
This study is testing a new device called the Cephea Mitral Valve System. It aims to treat people with a leaky or narrowed heart valve using a less invasive catheter procedure instead of open-heart surgery. The main goals are to see if the procedure is safe and if it successfully fixes the valve problem.
