Scientists seek better test for common antibiotic allergies

Summary
This study aims to find the best way to test for allergies to a common class of antibiotics called cephalosporins. Researchers will enroll 300 adults who have had a suspected allergic reaction to one of these drugs. They will use skin tests and controlled drug challenges to confirm or rule out true allergies and understand how they relate to other antibiotics.
