Summary

This study tests a new medicine called centhaquine for people in hypovolemic shock, a life-threatening condition where the body doesn't have enough blood flow. About 430 adults will receive either centhaquine or a placebo along with standard care. The main goal is to see if the drug lowers the chance of death within 28 days.
