Summary
This completed phase 1 study looked at how centanafadine, a potential ADHD treatment, affects the body when taken with common stimulant medicines like methylphenidate or lisdexamfetamine. Forty healthy adults participated to measure changes in blood pressure, heart rate, and drug levels in the blood. The goal was to gather safety information, not to treat ADHD.
