Summary
This study is testing a drug called cenobamate in 30 adults with autoimmune epilepsy, a condition where the immune system attacks the brain and causes seizures that often don't respond to standard treatments. The goal is to see if cenobamate can reduce seizure frequency by at least half over 24 weeks. Researchers will also monitor side effects and quality of life improvements.
