Summary

This study tests whether adding an experimental drug, BNT116, to the standard immunotherapy cemiplimab works better than cemiplimab alone for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. About 51 participants with a specific tumor marker (PD-L1 ≥50%) will receive either the combination or the single drug. The goal is to see if the combination shrinks more tumors and is safe.
