Summary
This study is for people with certain lung, liver, or head/neck cancers that can be removed with surgery. Participants receive an investigational drug called cemiplimab, sometimes combined with another drug called fianlimab, before their operation. The goal is to see if these drugs shrink the tumor and are safe. The study is in Phase 2 and is no longer recruiting new participants.
