Summary
This study looked at whether contrast-enhanced mammography (CEM) can be used instead of MRI for breast cancer screening in women at high risk. About 615 women who needed an MRI but couldn't have one (due to cost, claustrophobia, or implants) were given CEM. The goal was to see if CEM finds cancers as well as MRI and reduces false alarms.
