Summary

This study is testing a new treatment for chronic leg ulcers that have not healed with standard care. It involves applying a spray containing cells from healthy donors directly to the wound. The goal is to see if this cell therapy can help close these stubborn ulcers and improve patients' quality of life compared to a placebo spray.
