Your own fat cells could ease arthritic shoulder pain

Summary
This study is testing whether injections of a person's own processed fat cells and platelet-rich plasma can safely reduce pain and inflammation from shoulder osteoarthritis. Researchers will track 50 patients' pain levels, shoulder function, and quality of life for 6 months using surveys and MRI scans. The goal is to see if this cell therapy can improve symptoms and possibly delay the need for shoulder replacement surgery.
