Summary

This study tests a personalized stem cell therapy for 10 people with advanced, non-ischemic heart failure who already have a mechanical heart pump (LVAD). After two months of recovery and medication optimization, each participant receives their own stem cells injected into the heart. The goal is to see if this improves heart function, exercise ability, and quality of life over six months.
