Summary
This study tested a new seasonal flu vaccine made from animal cells instead of chicken eggs in over 3,200 adults aged 50 and older. Participants received either the new cell-based vaccine or a standard egg-based vaccine, and researchers measured their immune response and side effects. The goal was to see if the cell-based vaccine works as well or better than the traditional shot.
