Summary

This study is testing an investigational drug called TEV-53408 to see if it can protect the gut lining in adults with celiac disease when they are exposed to gluten. The trial will involve about 48 participants who will take the drug or a placebo while undergoing controlled gluten challenges. The main goal is to see if the drug reduces intestinal damage and is safe over an 86-week period.
