This study aims to create and validate a Polish version of the Celiac Dietary Adherence Test (CDAT) for children and teens aged 2 to 18 with celiac disease. Researchers will translate the English questionnaire into Polish, check its accuracy, and test it with 20 participants (10 patients and 10 caregivers). The goal is to provide a reliable tool to help doctors and families monitor how well young patients follow a gluten-free diet.
