Could a common painkiller boost immunotherapy for liver cancer?

Summary
This study tests whether adding the pain reliever celecoxib to two immunotherapy drugs (durvalumab and tremelimumab) can help treat advanced liver cancer that has spread. About 39 adults with liver cancer that has not responded to prior treatment will receive this combination. The goal is to see if celecoxib can overcome resistance to immunotherapy and improve cancer control.
