Summary
This study aimed to find the best dose of the antibiotic ceftriaxone for adults with urinary tract infections in the emergency department. Researchers measured how the drug behaves in the body to ensure it stays at effective levels long enough to kill bacteria. The study was stopped early after enrolling 12 participants.
