First seen Nov 10, 2025 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a newer antibiotic called cefiderocol works better than the current best treatments for a dangerous, drug-resistant bacterial infection (CRAB). Researchers will analyze data from about 5,000 hospitalized adults to see who survives and how long they stay in the hospital. The goal is to find a more effective way to control these tough infections.
