Blood test may predict lung cancer return after surgery

Summary
This study will follow 100 people with a type of lung cancer that shows up well on a CEA blood test. Researchers want to see if changes in CEA and another test called ctDNA can predict if the cancer returns after surgery. The goal is to catch recurrence early and help doctors personalize follow-up care.
