First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study was designed to test a drug called CDR132L in about 130 people with a type of heart failure where the heart pumps normally but is stiff. The goal was to see if the drug could reverse harmful changes in the heart muscle. However, the trial was withdrawn before any participants were enrolled, so no results are available.
