Summary
This study tests whether adding a CDK4/6 inhibitor to standard hormone therapy can help prevent breast cancer from coming back in high-risk patients with HR+/HER2+ early breast cancer. About 1,900 women aged 18-70 who have already completed anti-HER2 therapy will be randomly assigned to receive the extra drug or not. The main goal is to see if the combination improves survival without invasive cancer for at least 5 years.
