New study tests diet and therapy combo for diabetic nerve pain

Summary

This study will test three approaches to help people aged 35-85 with moderate to severe diabetic nerve pain in their legs. The approaches are a special therapy called Intraneural Facilitation (INF), a diet that removes certain foods, or both together. The goal is to see which method best reduces pain, improves feeling and movement, and boosts quality of life. 60 participants will be followed to compare results.
