Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new treatment for people with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) or high-risk myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) that have come back or not responded to standard therapy. The treatment uses a patient's own immune cells, modified in a lab to target a protein called CD64 on cancer cells. The main goal is to find the safest dose and see if the cells can survive and fight the cancer.
