Summary
This study is testing a new type of cell therapy called CD22 CAR-T for patients with B-cell blood cancers that have come back or not responded to standard treatments, including other CAR-T therapies. Doctors will collect a patient's own immune cells, genetically modify them to target a protein called CD22 found on cancer cells, and infuse them back after chemotherapy. The main goals are to see if the treatment is safe, find the right dose, and check if it can shrink the cancer.
