Double-targeted cell therapy takes on hard-to-treat blood cancers
NCT ID NCT04007029
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 31 times
Summary
This early-phase trial is testing a new type of immunotherapy for people with certain blood cancers (like lymphoma and leukemia) that have returned or stopped responding to standard treatments. The therapy uses a patient's own immune cells, which are modified in a lab to recognize and attack cancer cells carrying two markers, CD19 and CD20. The study aims to find the safest dose and see how well the treatment works when combined with chemotherapy.
