Summary
This early-phase study tests a new type of cell therapy that uses a virus to deliver two cancer-fighting targets (CD19 and CD20) directly into the body. It is for adults with B-cell blood cancers that have relapsed or not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to check safety, find the right dose, and see how well the therapy works.
