Summary
This early study tests a new treatment called CD19/BCMA CAR-T for people with severe autoimmune diseases like lupus that haven't responded to standard therapies. The treatment uses a patient's own immune cells, modified to target and attack faulty immune cells driving the disease. The main goals are to check safety and find the right dose, with 20 participants expected.
