Summary

This early-phase study tests whether the investigational drug CC-97540 is safe and tolerable in up to 5 adults with a specific type of neuromyelitis optica (NMOSD). Participants have stable disease on standard therapy and will continue their current treatment while receiving the study drug. The main goal is to check for serious side effects and see if the drug can eliminate harmful antibodies from the blood.
