Can talk therapy for sleepless nights calm your Body's stress system?
NCT ID NCT07156383
Summary
This study is testing how a proven talk therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) works, specifically looking at whether it helps by calming the body's stress response system. Researchers will enroll 150 adults with chronic insomnia and track their sleep and stress hormone (cortisol) levels before, during, and after therapy. The goal is to understand the biological reasons why this therapy helps people sleep better.
