Summary

This study tests whether a 6-week program of cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) can improve sleep and blood sugar control in adults aged 40 and older with type 2 diabetes and chronic insomnia. Thirty participants will be randomly assigned to receive CBT-I or usual care. The goal is to see if treating insomnia can also help lower blood sugar levels and improve overall health.
