The program helps teens change unhelpful thoughts and behaviors using relaxation, problem-solving, and parent education. 50 participants will be split into two groups to see if the therapy reduces anxiety and improves school performance and well-being. The goal is to find a practical, school-based treatment for anxiety in Pakistan.
