Summary
This study is testing a new therapy program designed to help caregivers and family members of people who have experienced psychosis. It aims to see if the program is practical and acceptable, and if it can improve caregivers' feelings of stress, loneliness, and overall well-being. The program involves up to 20 individual therapy sessions over six months.
