First seen May 22, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026

Summary

This early-phase study tests whether adding an experimental drug called CBL0137 to standard immunotherapy (ipilimumab and nivolumab) is safe and can help shrink advanced melanoma. About 12 adults with stage III or IV melanoma that can be biopsied will take part. The main goal is to check for side effects and see how the tumors respond.
