Summary
This study tests whether adding a gentle magnetic brain stimulation (TMS) to a standard behavioral therapy (CBIT) can help teens and young adults with chronic tics or Tourette syndrome better control their tics. About 60 participants aged 12–21 will receive either CBIT alone or CBIT plus TMS. The goal is to see if the combination improves tic suppression more than therapy alone.
