Can CBD tame a THC high? scientists test the mix

NCT ID NCT06099379

Summary

This study aims to understand if taking cannabidiol (CBD) changes the mind-altering effects of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), the main psychoactive part of cannabis. Researchers will recruit 100 healthy, occasional cannabis users to inhale different combinations of CBD and THC. They will measure changes in mood, thinking, and physical effects to see if CBD makes the THC experience milder or different.
