Summary
This study tested whether adding Cannabidiol (CBD), a non-intoxicating cannabis compound, to standard talk therapy (Prolonged Exposure) helps reduce PTSD symptoms in 136 military Veterans. Participants received either CBD or a placebo alongside therapy. The goal was to see if CBD improves treatment outcomes for PTSD.
