Can a CBD pill finally help you sleep? new study investigates
NCT ID NCT05233761
Summary
This study tested whether a capsule containing highly purified CBD and plant compounds called terpenes could improve sleep for people with chronic insomnia. For 12 weeks, 125 participants tried both the CBD capsule and a placebo pill for four weeks each, while their sleep was tracked with a special wristband. The goal was to see if the CBD formula helped people fall asleep faster, sleep longer, or spend more time in deep and dream sleep stages.
