Summary
This study tested whether two types of CBD (a cannabis compound) could improve thinking and reduce symptoms in people who had a mild or moderate traumatic brain injury. 43 adults took either CBD or a placebo for 12 weeks. Researchers measured changes in memory, attention, and other brain functions, as well as symptoms like headaches and mood issues.
