Summary

This study looks at whether taking CBD (a compound from cannabis) can improve sleep quality after doing intense exercise late in the evening. Twenty healthy adults will have their sleep monitored in a lab after taking either CBD or a placebo. The goal is to see if CBD helps people fall asleep faster and sleep more efficiently after a late workout.
