NCT ID NCT06069713
First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This completed study surveyed over 3,500 U.S. adults aged 18-65 to understand how they perceive health claims in CBD advertisements, including claims that are not allowed by the FDA. Participants viewed five real-world CBD ads and rated whether they thought the ads made claims about drug effects, FDA approval, or health benefits like curing cancer. The goal was to see if these perceptions differ between current, past, and non-users of CBD.
