Summary

This study looks at how a specific brain receptor (CB1) works in people with opioid use disorder compared to healthy volunteers. Researchers will use a special PET scan tracer to measure these receptors. The goal is to better understand the brain chemistry behind opioid addiction, which could lead to improved treatments in the future. About 30 adults will take part.
