C-Section recovery: is a routine catheter helpful or a hassle?
NCT ID NCT06242756
Summary
This study looked at whether using a bladder catheter during a planned C-section helps or hinders recovery. It compared two groups of 60 women having scheduled C-sections: one group had a catheter, and the other did not. Researchers measured how quickly women could get up and go home, their comfort, and the risk of problems like infections or bladder injury.
