Summary

This study aims to find the safest and most effective way to remove urinary catheters after rectal cancer surgery. It will compare removing the catheter after 24 hours, after 48 hours, or using a personalized plan based on a patient's risk of bladder problems. The goal is to reduce the need to reinsert the catheter and lower the risk of urinary tract infections.
