Heart procedure trial aims to fix leaky valve caused by irregular heartbeat

Summary
This study is testing if a heart procedure called catheter ablation can improve a severe leaky heart valve in people who also have a persistent irregular heartbeat (atrial fibrillation). Researchers will compare the procedure plus standard medications to medications alone. The main goal is to see if the procedure can reduce the severity of the leaky valve after three months.
