Summary
This study looks at whether having cataract surgery on both eyes on the same day is as safe and effective as the usual approach of operating on each eye weeks apart. Researchers will compare costs and quality of life for 242 adults in France who need surgery for both eyes. The goal is to see if same-day surgery can reduce delays and improve access to care.
