New eye scanner aims for perfect vision after cataract surgery

NCT ID NCT05901597

Summary

This study tested how accurately a new eye measurement system (Alcon Vision Suite with Argos) could predict vision outcomes after cataract surgery. Researchers followed 106 patients who received advanced lens implants designed to reduce dependence on glasses. They measured how close patients' actual vision matched the system's predictions 10 weeks after surgery.
