First seen Jan 03, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study looks at how well a new type of artificial lens (Clareon PanOptix Pro) works for people who have had LASIK or PRK surgery for nearsightedness and now need cataract surgery. About 40 adults aged 45 and older will get the lens in both eyes. Researchers will check their vision at different distances and ask about satisfaction 1 and 3 months after surgery.
