Summary

This study compares two enhanced monofocal intraocular lenses used in cataract surgery to see which one provides better vision at arm's length (about 66 cm). Thirty adults with age-related cataracts will be enrolled. The goal is to find which lens improves intermediate vision the most, helping patients see more clearly without glasses for everyday tasks.
