Summary
This study compares two treatments for a specific type of wrist fracture in children under 11. One method uses a cast with finger-trap traction (no manual bone setting), while the other involves surgery with pins. The goal is to see which approach leads to better wrist movement, less pain, and faster recovery. About 60 children will take part.
