Spinal curve showdown: casts vs braces for toddlers
NCT ID NCT04500041
Summary
This study compares two common non-surgical treatments for young children with early-onset scoliosis: serial casting and full-time bracing. Researchers are following 71 children under age 3 to see which treatment better controls spinal curve progression and improves quality of life. The goal is to provide families with clearer evidence to help choose between these treatment options.
