Summary

This study looks at whether watching a short educational cartoon about the operating room can help lower anxiety in children aged 7 to 12 who are about to have surgery. About 159 kids will be split into three groups: one watches the educational cartoon, one watches a fun cartoon, and one gets standard verbal instructions. The goal is to see which method works best to calm nerves before anesthesia.
